However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is wholly accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Due to the nature of handcrafted and natural materials (like gemstones), each item may have slight variations from the image shown.

B. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal, etc as supported by Big Cartel. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.

C. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order, we will issue a full refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

A. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days, unless it is a custom order. Custom orders will have processing and shipping times posted in the listing.

B. Shipping Methods and Costs

We ship standard via USPS and offer free shipping with tracking.

C. Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from AK Mountaintop Mermaid pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.

D. International Shipping

We Do Not Ship Internationally: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

A. Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges UNLESS the item is damaged due to poor workmanship.

I take pride in the quality of my work, but if there is an issue with your item due to poor workmanship during the creation process, you must send clear photo documentation within 7 days and I will review the claim.

B. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5-8 business days.

C. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

All content on the Site, including jewelry designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation thereof (including the name "AK Mountaintop Mermaid"), is the property of AK Mountaintop Mermaid and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
