Due to the handcrafted nature of my pieces, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

I will always try my best to have accurate pictures and descriptions of my items, but colors may vary slightly depending on screen resolution. 

Although my wish is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you have any issues with your order please contact me within seven (7) business days of delivery and it will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Although I always source my stones from reputable sellers, due to the nature of natural crystals and gemstones, there's no way to guarantee the durability of the stones themselves. Even my shell jewelry is quite durable, but they are still delicate materials from nature, so please treat them with love. And as always, please handle your jewelry with care and your AK Mountaintop Mermaid jewelry will be around for decades.
