Shipping & Return Policy

Hello and thank you for taking a moment to read my shop policies! I will always try my best to make you happy and ensure that you have an enjoyable shopping experience with AK Mountaintop Mermaid.

Returns and Exchanges

I will always try my best to have accurate pictures and descriptions of my items, but colors may vary slightly depending on screen resolution.

If for some reason the item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. Returned items MUST be in their original condition. Refunds will be made within 3 business days once the returned item is received by me. 

Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Always send me a message before returning an item.

Although I always source my stones from reputable sellers, due to the nature of natural crystals and gemstones, there's no way to guarantee the durability of the stones themselves. Please always handle your jewelry with care.

If there is a problem with your order on my end, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. It is my goal to only produce high quality jewelry, so I will do all I can to make you happy. 

Shipping Policy

Once I've received payment, your order will be shipped out within 3 business days.

Made-to-order items will have shipping times listed in item description.

All items will be shipped USPS First Class Priority Mail (tracking number provided) since that is the fastest, most cost effective method from Alaska, but if you have a different shipping method you would rather use, send me a message and we'll work something out. 

Please be aware that if you choose to use another shipping method other than USPS, the shipping charge could possibly increase.

Currently with USPS restrictions and suspensions due to Covid-19, I am unable to ship outside of the U.S. As soon as those restrictions are lifted and normal international shipping resumes, so will I. Thank you for your understanding.

Once your item is shipped, it's in the hands of USPS.

I am NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, but I will do everything I can to help you track them down.
