Shipping & Return Policy

Hello and thank you for taking a moment to read my shop policies! I will always try my best to make you happy and ensure that you have an exceptional shopping experience with AK Mountaintop Mermaid. Without you, I can't do what I do, so please reach out via email with any questions or concerns! 

Returns and Exchanges

I will always try my best to have accurate pictures and descriptions of my items, but colors may vary slightly depending on screen resolution. 

If for some reason the item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt. Returned items MUST be in their original condition to receive a full refund. Refunds will be initiated from me within 3 business days once the returned item is received by me. Please be aware that it may take longer for the refund to process completely into your bank account or credit card.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Always send me a message before returning an item.

Although I always source my stones from reputable sellers, due to the nature of natural crystals and gemstones, there's no way to guarantee the durability of the stones themselves. Even my shell jewelry is quite durable, but they are still delicate materials from nature, so please treat them with love. And as always, please handle your jewelry with care and your AK Mountaintop Mermaid jewelry will be around for decades.

If there is a problem with your order on my end, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. It is my goal to only produce high quality jewelry, so I will do all I can to make you happy. 

Shipping Policy

Once I've received payment, your order will be shipped out within 3 business days.

Made-to-order items will have shipping times listed in item description.

All items will be shipped USPS First Class Priority Mail (tracking number provided) since that is the fastest, most reliable, cost effective method from Alaska, but if you have a different shipping method you would rather use, send me a message and we'll work something out. 

For International orders, prices will vary depending on location. Please message me with any questions regarding orders with destinations outside of the United States.

Once your item is shipped, it's in the hands of USPS. I am NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, but I will do everything I can to help you track them down. If your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim through USPS. Shipping insurance is also available upon request.

Please contact USPS directly for any shipping concerns once your item has been shipped, as the order is out of my hands at that point.
