 How do I care for my AK Mountaintop Mermaid jewelry?

If you've invested in a unique piece of AK Mountaintop Mermaid jewelry, here are a few suggestions to help it last for generations. Prior to entering water, it's advisable to remove your jewelry. Additionally, try to prevent contact between your jewelry and lotions, perfumes, or chemicals. Although the materials I use are of the highest quality, my jewelry is crafted from genuine materials sourced from the earth, and it may develop a natural tarnish over time. To restore its shine, I recommend using a polishing cloth for cleaning purposes, such as the one I provided with your order. Polishing cloths can also be purchased at most big box retail and jewelry stores.

Ring Sizing

Due to the nature of copper electroforming, copper electroformed rings cannot be resized. Resizing silver rings are considered on a case by case basis, but generally I can size up a ring one full size. Most silver rings that feature gemstones will not be able to be resized. I do not accept refunds based on wrong size. Please be know/check your ring size before purchasing. See my RING SIZING GUIDE for help, or consider requesting a free ring sizer from me!

Once paid in full, your order will be shipped out via USPS within three (3) business days. A tracking number will be provided with your order, but once the package is in the possession of USPS, it is no longer my responsibility. I am a one-woman show, and unfortunately I cannot afford to replace items lost by shipping carriers. Please double check that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout. I offer free shipping within the US, but additional shipping insurance can be purchased by buyer upon request; please send me an email for an updated shipping insurance quote prior to checkout.

Due to the handcrafted nature of my pieces, returns and exchanges are not accepted. My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please contact me within seven (7) business days of delivery you have any issues.
