Amethyst, Herkimer Diamond, Ruby, Peridot Necklace

♡ This necklace features a beautiful Amethyst cabochon with a raw Ruby, a raw hand colored Herkimer Diamond, and raw Peridot stone that have been copper electroformed into this unique pendant necklace.

♡ Comes on an 18” copper chain. Chain length can be adjusted upon request. See last photo for pendant size reference.

All copper will eventually oxidize and tarnish with time and wear, but the copper on this necklace has been coated with a protective varnish to extend the life of the natural copper shine. There are many easy techniques to bring back the lustrous copper shine such as a simple rub of a jewelry cloth, soaking in vinegar, soaking in lemon or lime juice, and even using ketchup!

Electroforming is a very time intensive process that produces unique results with each piece having it’s own beautiful textured characteristics. Each piece takes 24-48 hours just to create the copper plating, and days of prep work before and after receiving that beautiful copper energy.
